Roots Connect provides a diverse range of opportunities to equip youth with the essential skills and training necessary for a purposeful career and successful entry into the workplace. Our organization is dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, with a particular focus on women, through workforce development and entrepreneurship initiatives. With a strong six-year history of community collaboration, Roots Connect has been making a significant positive impact.

Our organization has invested in diverse initiatives and programs, encompassing advocacy, equitable education, volunteerism, service learning, mentoring, and youth development. Through our funding efforts, we aim to provide education and training programs that effectively enhance the skills of low-income youth and young parents, enabling them to secure better-paying jobs and improve their overall prospects.
